CONCLUSION

Potentials and Constraints of Establishing Cajuput Oil  In Mollucas.

  1. Quality of seed and seedling, planting technique and plant rearing affect  the  supply  of raw material  for oil manufacturing  in mollucas.
  2. Cajeput oil from Buru Island was certified as  best quality  in term of 1,8 cineole content.
  3. Quantity and  quality of cajuput oil  depend on leaves and twigs ripeness, distillation method, and type of barrel  to  cook leaves and twigs.
  4. The collectors and traders capture most of the revenue of oil industry. Local government have to support community to make oil distillation as their source of income.
